Damon Giannoccaro，公司创始人和充满活力的创意总监。Damon在营销和品牌化领域深耕近三十年。在开启创业之路前，他曾是全球知名机构 Hunt Lascaris 和 Ogilvy 的一员。Damon负责维护我们所有客户品牌的一致信息，监督我们的整个创作过程，并指导我们由数字营销人员、撰稿人、内容和营销策略师、品牌专家、平面艺术家和视觉展示师组成的专业团队，是一位名副其实的“大局专家”。

Damon Giannoccaro, our company’s founder and highly spirited Creative Director, has worked in the fields of marketing and branding for nearly three decades. Before embarking on his own venture he worked with renowned global agencies Hunt Lascaris and Ogilvy. He is a “big picture professional” who maintains the consistent messaging of all our clients’ brands. He supervises our entire creative process and guides our professional team of Digital Marketers, Copywriters, Content and Marketing Strategists, Brand Experts, Graphic Artists and Visual Display Wizards.

Damon 热衷于回馈社会，因此在有限的空余时间里，他还在著名的意大利马兰戈尼学院担任高级营销和品牌课程讲师，此外，Damon同时担任联合国工业发展组织 (UNIDO) 的国际设计专家，以及时尚、艺术与设计学院 (IFAD) 的顾问委员会和国际教员等角色。

Damon is passionate about giving back to the community, so in his spare time, he serves as a senior marketing and brand lecturer at the prestigious Italian Istituto Marangoni, as an international Design Expert for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), and as an advisory board and international faculty member of the Institute of Fashion, Arts and Design (IFAD).

Jochen Michael Thomas, our omniscient CEO, has been an entrepreneur and leader for more than 30 years. He takes a personal interest in all operational aspects and regularly communicates with the clients. While overseeing the Agency as a whole, he also actively seeks out and mentors up-and-coming talent to join the team.

他负责确保公司战略与其他执行团队和董事会执行一致。

He is responsible for ensuring that the company strategy is carried out alongside the rest of the executive team and the Board of Directors.

阅读和聆听古典音乐是 Jochen 工作之余最爱的消遣活动，和他的狗一起散步也是他的爱好之一。与此同时，他还是一名国际企业家专家顾问，经常就如何最好地帮助贫困地区向联合国工业发展组织 (UNIDO) 提出建议。

Reading, and classical music are some of Jochen’s favourite pastimes, and he also enjoys long walks with his dogs. He is also an international entrepreneurial expert consultant who regularly advises the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) on how to best help underprivileged regions. 

Jochen 拥有经济学硕士学位和工商管理硕士学位。

Jochen holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and an MBA.

Leontine Wagenaar, our space-age Chief Visionary Officer, possesses broad and comprehensive knowledge and a deep understanding of our industry in both China and Europe. She focuses on researching emerging trends and the most recent developments, and she keeps our C-level suit as well as our entire team up to date by providing them with ongoing educational opportunities. 

Kamal leads strategic growth initiatives across new and existing markets, identifying high-impact opportunities and building long-term partnerships. With deep experience in business development, operations, and investor relations, he drives expansion efforts that align with the company’s brand vision and commercial goals. Kamal’s role includes market analysis, deal negotiation, and cross-border relationship management, ensuring each expansion move is rooted in both strategic foresight and cultural understanding.

His role spans global campaign oversight, data-led content strategies, and building cross-platform ecosystems that drive engagement and conversion. Thomas ensures our clients stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Anqi Shi, our master Jedi Project Manager, is always on the ground, leading the team and ensuring that the project’s day-to-day operations proceed without a hitch. She is well-organised, highly driven, and highly motivated, and she makes use of cutting-edge technology to accomplish our teams goals. Her insight, honesty, and leadership have helped our team tackle some of the most time-pressing projects.
