Kiki Chau was developed as a luxury fashion brand with a distinctive resort-luxury direction and a strong lifestyle sensibility, drawing inspiration from the elegance of Italian design.
Our role extended beyond mere visual branding. We collaborated closely with the client to shape the deeper brand foundation and translate that into product, image, and market direction.
We supported the brand on a strategic level first, through brand strategy, marketing consulting, and sales channel development, helping define how Kiki Chau should be positioned, presented, and brought to market. This foundational work was crucial because the aim was not just to create attractive collections but to build a luxury fashion brand with a clearer identity and stronger commercial potential.
From there, we acted as Creative Fashion Director, guiding the development of the product lines and helping shape a more coherent and recognizable design language across the collection. The visible expression of the brand was then extended through photography and video, ensuring that the final visual world supported the broader strategic direction of the business.
The result was a more complete and market-ready fashion brand, one built through the alignment of strategy, product direction, image creation, and channel thinking, rather than visuals alone.
